Going South
Barry Meikle, a stalwart of the Phantoms squad this year, is moving on. After playing for Edinburgh Phoenix, and playing against the Phantoms in June 2007, Barry headed south of the border and joined the team at the start of this season. During his relatively short stay Barry has become one of the most popular team members because of his strong defensive play and positive attitude.Unfortunately for the Phantoms the time has come for Barry to move on again and he is now heading even further south in Wales to Cardiff. Barry will be missed by all the Phantoms, as a person and for his contributions to the team both on and off the ice. So we would all like to wish him...
All the Very Best for the future
